What You Bring

-A current Wisconsin DATCP pesticide applicator license (Turf & Ornamental, Category 3.0) is required. You should hold it when you apply, or be able to obtain it within 30 days of hire.

-Working knowledge of turf, weeds, and common lawn pests. Enough to spot problems on a property and explain the fix clearly to customers at each stop.

-Strong attention to detail and the discipline to follow application rates precisely.

-The independence to run a route efficiently with minimal oversight.

-Mechanical aptitude for equipment care and calibration.

-The ability to read and interpret product labels and safety data sheets.

Lawn Maintenance Crew Member | Starting at $21/hr

What You'll Own

1. Keep properties looking their best by mowing, trimming, and edging as part of your crew.

2. Take pride in clean lines and healthy turf on every property you touch.

4. Take care of the gear, keeping mowers, trimmers, and tools clean and ready to run.

5. Learn the trade, picking up the skills that turn a crew member into a foreman.

What You Bring

-A strong work ethic and the reliability to show up and put in a full day outdoors.

-No experience required. Some mowing or turf-care background is a plus, but we'll train you.

-The physical ability to be on your feet all day and to lift and handle equipment and materials up to 50 lbs, working outdoors in all seasons.

-A flexible, season-based schedule with early starts during mowing season.

-A valid driver's license is a plus, but not required.
